2. What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Our starting quantity is usually 200 sets and 500 sets (the starting quantity varies from product to product), the higher the order quantity the lower the price will be, if the quantity is smaller it is also possible, please feel free to contact me.
3. Can you produce according to samples or drawings?
A: Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. Also, if you have a general idea, we can help you develop and design it, from the structure of the product, the pattern, the content, the way it is packaged, etc. We can help you design it because we have a strong design team.
4. Do you provide templates for your design work? What kind of format do you accept?
A: Yes, we can provide design templates in JPG (over 300 dpi), PSD, PDF, AI files which will be better for printing high quality products.
5. Can you provide samples? How long does it take for samples to be made?
A: Yes of course. We are happy to provide you with samples.
We have already produced existing samples: you will need to cover the cost of the samples and the cost of delivery. The usual time frame is around 3 days.
Bespoke samples to your own design: there will be a sample charge, which depends on the detailed requirements. The typical production time is around 7-15 days, depending on the requirements and difficulty of the product.
6. How do I get a quote from you?
A: Please provide us with the exact material, size, delivery address and other requirements and we will give you a quotation within 24 hours.
7. What is the delivery time?
A: Delivery times are usually between 10-45 days after you have finalised your product, depending on the product and the quantity ordered.
8. Do you ship/deliver internationally and what are the shipping options?
A: Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world.

11. How do I solve quality problems after the sale?
A: Take a photo of the problem and send it to us. After we have tested and confirmed the problem, we will work out a satisfactory solution for you.
